What is parent coaching?

Coaching is about action, achievement and solving problems.
Coaching is not therapy, counselling, mentoring or advising.
Coaching believes that the client has all the answers they need and the skill of the coach is to bring out the best solutions from the client for their family.
Coaching is completely confidential and non-judgemental.

We all make resolutions and promises to change, but how often do these ideals or goals really last? Reading parenting books and chatting with friends and family can be helpful, but what do you need to really make the changes you want and see your confidence grow as a parent?

Who is Parent Coach Judy Reith?

I am a busy working Mum with three children, a fantastic bunch of family and friends and I love my job as a Parent Coach. As your Parent Coach I will work with you to identify what you want to achieve and then support you to reach your goals, overcoming obstacles along the way. Coaching can be in person, or over the phone - so it doesn't matter where you live. Most clients book a package of four sessions, depending on the kind of issues they want to resolve.

A typical Coaching package of five one hour sessions:

COACHING IN PERSON:
£300 within Cambridge or £350 outside Cambridge plus travel costs.
