Women On Top

  • Over 40% of the UK workforce have dependent children
  • 2 out of 3 working mothers lack confidence at work and at home
  • 30% of UK fathers work more than 50 hours a week

Every parent feels the conflict between the challenges of work and home and however professional we are, when our home life pressures become too great, our work inevitably suffers.

What do working parents need when they come to work having just had a row about homework, or worrying about their teenagers, or having been up all night with a sick child? They need to stop worrying, and feel really confident about their role as a parent. That way, they’re free to get on with their job to the best of their ability.

Smart companies use Business Coaches for solutions, action and support. Parent Coaches are a valuable and unique way for employers to support working parents in the most important and challenging job they do – being a parent.

Take a wise decision like the HSBC bank or Cambridgeshire County Council and find out more about the benefits of bringing Parent Coaching and Parent Workshops to your working parents.
