  • Over 40% of the UK workforce have dependent children
  • 2 out of 3 working mothers lack confidence at work and at home
  • 30% of UK fathers work more than 50 hours a week

Every parent feels the conflict between the challenges of work and home and however professional we are, when our home life pressures become too great, our work inevitably suffers.

What do working parents need when they come to work having just had a row about homework, or worrying about their teenagers, or having been up all night with a sick child? They need to stop worrying, and feel really confident about their role as a parent. That way, they’re free to get on with their job to the best of their ability.

Smart companies use Business Coaches for solutions, action and support. Parent Coaches are a valuable and unique way for employers to support working parents in the most important and challenging job they do – being a parent.

Take a wise decision like the HSBC bank or Cambridgeshire County Council and find out more about the benefits of bringing Parent Coaching and Parent Workshops to your working parents

A selection of testamonials from schools and businesses:

“Judy Reith’s talk on ‘ 7 Secrets of Raising Girls Every Parent Must Know’ was deeply appreciated by the many parents who attended. She gave the most sensible and much needed advice,  and delivered it with humour and empathy reassuring anxious parents. Her emphasis on values and legacy was a great reminder that it is important to focus on what really matters when it comes to raising our daughters, and indeed our sons.  I would highly recommend Judy as a parenting speaker.”

Barbara Elliott, Headmistress, Channing School.

” Parents have been very enthusiastic about the work done by Sarah Rose and Judy Reith, feeling that it has been invaluable in helping them meet the challenges of being a parent of teenagers.  Living with Teenagers has now become a key part of our Every Child Matters work, and it plays a significant role in helping parents support their child’s progress and achievement at school, as well as at home.  I would highly recommend it to any school!”

Andrew Hutchinson Executive Principal, Parkside Federation

“The Darling Daughters event is really worthwhile -GO if you get the chance.”

Justine Roberts, founder and CEO of MUMSNET

“I just wanted to get in touch and say a huge thank you for coming to Newcastle last week and running the seminar ‘ Raising Families in a Digital Age’ . We had some great feedback and people seemed to get a lot out of it – I know I did!”  HR account manager, Proctor and Gamble

‘Judy,
I came to your training session at our school for tweenies/teens.  Can I just say how much it helped me look at and accept my own parenting techniques.  We have already experienced such a calmer and more enjoyable house.  I would also like to say thank you for the comment you made “you are the expert of your child/ren” that has made such an impression on me as in all other aspects of parenthood I have been led to believe I know nothing.’

“Thank you so much and for your talk on 21st Century Parenting.
It was great to meet you and the positive comments from parents has been super.’

Mrs Prest, Headmistress, Merlin School.

“Thank you so much for speaking at Henrietta Barnett School. Everything I heard was full of praise- it sounds like it was brilliant.  I hope we can entice you back in the future.”

Del Cooke, Headteacher, Henrietta Barnett School

“Thank you so much for a very interesting and helpful talk on ‘How to be a 21st century parent’. It was delivered in such a warm and reassuring manner with the ideal combination of useful theory and practical ideas for parents to implement at home. We had some lovely feedback from parents and would be very keen to invite you to return to Rowan Preparatory School in the future.”

Miss Enefer,Deputy Head, Rowan Preparatory School

“What a fantastic evening.  Judy is such a great speaker; engaging, real and entertaining.  Many parents came away saying their heads were filled with lots of things they should be doing!! Parents said their take home messages were don’t be afraid to set house rules,  put the fun back into parenting and learn to take a step back so that our daughter can learn to take steps forward.”

Carl Howarth, Headmaster, Jersey College for Girls.

‘The PTA were delighted with the sell out talk on Raising Girls, and are full of enthusiam for your ‘village’ idea.”

Alice Phillips, Headmistress, St Catherine’s, Bramley
