What is important to you as a family and how to communicate your values in ways that are helpful.
- STOP JUGGLING START LIVING
Many working parents think about work at home and home at work. Guilt and worries are rife! Together we will explore how we get the best of both home and work and go away with our own tailor made action plan.
- LIVING WITH A TWEENIE
"Tweenie" is a new term for the 8's-12's age and many parents feel they are already living with a teenager. A look at what is great about this age group and devise practical ways to deal with the challenges.
- LIVING WITH A TEENAGER
A taster session to explore the common problems and to come up with some great solutions.
- BIRTH ORDER
Parents often wonder if this matters - it does! Come and discover what you can do to understand the issues that arise from birth order and how you can improve your children's view of where they see their place in the family.
- FAMILY DYNAMICS
Families are often in conflict. What do we need to do unlock unhelpful patterns of behaviour and communication and create happier families?
